Double Posting? So, to get 1 certificate, you need the pumpkin hat 50 seeds. Thus, seeds for the halloween emote book. Fails, I don't really mind not having the title so I'll just end up selling all the seeds I get.
Thanks to Poisson for buying 26 of mine. Its been pretty slow for me, since i dont buy fire seeds and the title doesnt seem worth it i mean seeds? Originally Posted by Cless. Level ! The lag isn't that bad, at least, I believe it's gotten better, but I have to wait a second for the "delay" after some of my actions sometimes. The game is still a lot of fun though! Great game, great mechanics, great music, great skills, great classes. And the backstory introduction scene with a loli versus a giant biomechanical demon? I came. Then I decided to leave the training ground and hunt some monsters. I must say, it stopped being fun for me after about death 5 in the first 7 or so minutes due to my character not turning around in time to knife monsters before they body slammed him to angsty pathetic death.
Please, tell me how I can turn utter frustration into fun. How does one fight effectively in LaTale? Is having extreme foresight, as if I were playing a strategy game rather than a platformer, the only way? I seriously want to know how to fight monsters without getting killed 10 times over. I live in New York, and it's playable to a certain degree. For starters, the lag depends on how far you are from their server, which is in California. I can bet you that it seems odd how you can't run, jump, and grab the rope.
It's because of the distance. The sudden 2 second lag spikes, all because of the distance. But really, it's not that noticeable for me. Because if I had to endure 85 levels of lag, I wouldn't have bothered to continue with this game. And i live in australia. Including my security walls and all that.
It seems like that the jump-ladder grabbing issue isn't related to lag at all. I live in Calgary, but sometimes I go back to Edmonton to spend some time there before we sell our house, thus our good computer is over there. Since Calgary is closer to LA the lag here is somewhat better than than Edmonton but I can't grab ladders here. In Edmonton I can.
Might be due to computers lol, the one in Calgary is crap. This game is a lot more demanding than maple. It may be your computer. I'm next door to you practically Philly and I don't lag that much at all. I use Comcast. A better ineternet connection is helpful, but more costly. It'd take the place of a monthly subscription to said game, where as Maple plays just fine on other-side-of-the-country DSL and requires no additional financial burdens.
